The Committee have informed that firm that the Certif-

icates stated to have been signed by the Attorney General of Hong Kong are not sufficient to allow sales of securities in the United Kingdom.

They have directed me to forward the letter in case you should think it necessary to communicate with the Attorney General of Hong Kong.
